What I Do

" I just have to give a shout out to Bulls on Parade NE Florida breeder Miranda Swartz for EVERYTHING she has done for my Spock along with what she will do for her current litter and future litter. I have seen many many posts of puppies with aggression and/or non affectionate puppies and could not imagine my puppy displaying any of these. I felt it was time to give my 2 cents…I whole heartedly believe that the contact and time put into the first 8,9,10 weeks of raising the puppies makes all the difference in the world as to how the puppy will acclimate to their new home. My puppy (now 8 mo.) as well as his brothers and sisters have had no problems with aggression or affection. I can only speak for my Spock but I have had zero aggression with food, bones, humans, or ANY animals and he would rather cuddle than not.. Anyone looking for a top of the line puppy that was treated like family from the beginning, should reach out to this breeder and I guarantee you will not be disappointed... Yes, these dogs have a lot of energy and need attention but they can and will be your best friend if given the right start. I could go on and on about the many tips and tricks she imprints on these puppies. I was blessed to find her and we are blessed to continue to have her in our life. Sorry for the long post but she is clearly a puppy whisper!!

about us

my name is miranda, i am the owner of bulls on parade. I am a stay at home mom with a passion for showing and training AKC Standard bull terriers. I have owned dogs my entire life, mostly bully breeds, and I have raised several orphaned litters throughout my time. I have always had an interest for breeding, but it wasn’t until i got my first bull terrier that I decided to start my very own breeding program. I adopted  “bulls on Parade queen Ella” in January 2019.  I immediately fell in love with her and realized that her breed was very different than any other.

When I found the Badass Breeder’s group, I was amazed!!!  This program was exactly what I had dreamed about!  It gave me a guide to follow and an oath to live by. Raising puppies on this program creates a well balanced and socialized puppy. A puppy that can transition very easily from my home to yours!!!

What I Do

Puppies health starts way before birth., we do all of the recommended breed specific health and genetic testing per BTCA requirements. I feed my dam a high quality food and give her probiotics and prenatal vitamins to ensure that she is in the best health. In doing so, the puppies receive all the nutrients that the need to grow and develop. During the whelping process, I only help IF needed.

All pups are weighed daily to make sure they are gaining weight. Then on day 3 of life I preform ENS which improves cardiovascular performance, helps with a stronger heart rate, stronger adrenal glands, gives them a higher tolerance to stress and can increase their resistance to disease. I also do ESI to help build nose awareness and confidence. I perform a 10 step handling exercise everyday until they leave with their family. After doing this, they are held up close to my face and mouth, then against my heart until they settle and then they are placed back with their mom.. This creates a puppy who doesn’t mind being loved on and cuddled!

I start clipping their nails around 2 weeks of age to prevent any discomfort to my dam, she receives daily butt baths and massages to keep her clean and her muscles relaxed. When the puppies are 3 weeks old I put a potty area in the whelping box and that’s how I start potty training!! As they move into their larger play area I start introducing them to a crate. They get crated together for short periods of time while I clean the area. I work really hard to give them different scenarios to help build up their confidence. I put them into different situations daily and also do loud noise exposure.. Each puppy receives it’s own personal time inside our home and is around my children. My daughter likes to take the puppies into her room and let them hang out or play, they usually fall asleep in her bed.
